A retired United States Navy veteran, Jozef served in numerous leadership positions throughout his military career, managing personnel, resources, logistics operations, and mission-critical programs supporting organizations around the world. His experience spans military operations, healthcare environments, occupational safety, training development, and organizational risk management.

Following his military retirement, Jozef continued his commitment to protecting people and organizations through professional safety leadership within the healthcare sector. His expertise includes occupational safety and health, hazard identification, accident prevention, regulatory compliance, safety program management, employee training, and continuous process improvement.

As President of Global Safety Corporation, Jozef is dedicated to helping organizations create safer workplaces through practical solutions, professional training, and proactive risk management strategies.
